HPVA® eNews - BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Department Of Commerce Announces Decision On Preliminary Antidumping Margins On Chinese Plywood

Today, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary antidumping margins’ decision on imports of Chinese hardwood plywood into the U.S. Nearly all Chinese companies will pay antidumping duties of 57% or higher as well as countervailing duties of 9% or more. Total duties on Chinese hardwood plywood, going forward, will be more than 60%. Only one company, Chengen, received a 0% antidumping rate.
