Judge Accepts Guilty Plea

A federal judge accepted Lumber Liquidators' guilty plea for numerous violations of the Lacey Act. Lumber Liquidators will pay $13 million in penalties and serve 5 years of probation. The Department of Justice and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will monitor the company's due diligence program during the probation period. This case is separate from the investigation into formaldehyde emissions of the company's wood flooring.
